How to Claim

Required Information
Senior Citizens Exemption
- You must meet the income eligibility requirement (varies by municipality, but generally income must be less than $60,000 to qualify), and provide proof of income.
- You must own the property for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the date of filing for the senior citizens exemption.
